Preparation Guidelines
Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. For best results, oven cook. Oven: Preheat oven to Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray in the center of the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Do not reheat once cooled. Grill: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place in a grill pan, turning frequently to ensure even browning and cooking. Do not reheat once cooled.
