Preparation Guidelines

Oven cook from chilled: preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Do not reheat once cooled. For best results, oven cook. (time 25-30 mins, oven: 200°c, fan: 180°c, gas: gas mark 6) or grill from chilled: medium heat 15-20 mins. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place in a grill pan, turning frequently to ensure even browning and cooking. Do not reheat once cooled.
