Preparation Guidelines

Use 1 teaspoon of tea per person, add tea to a teapot or into the infuser. With black and Pu-erh Teas use freshly drawn boiled water. For Darjeeling 1st Flush, Green and White teas use cooled boiled water (around 80 degrees). Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes, according to personal taste. Pour (or remove infuser) and enjoy!
