Tasty pork and apple burgers prepared by hand in the Wicks Manor farm butchery using only succulent prime cuts of British farmed pork blended with spices and sweetened with apple. Made with 80% pork meat.
Details
All Wicks Manor pork products are prepared in the farm butchery following unique recipes and using only the very best ingredients. The bacon is dry cured by hand and smoked using a blend of beechwood to give a delicious smokey flavour and the award winning burgers and sausages have a high meat content and are made using prime cuts of British pork.
Preparation Guidelines
Cooking InstructionsInstructions: Cook before consumption. Remove all packaging.All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.Not suitable for microwave cooking GrillInstructions: Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 16-17 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven cookInstructions: Place on a lightly greased baking tray. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 25-39 minutes. Shallow FryInstructions: Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.Drain well before serving.
