Download PDFSplit the vanilla bean and scrape out the seeds. Mix them with the milk and salt in a bowl and set aside.
Sift the matcha into a bowl and pour over the warm water (80°C). Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag pattern for 1-2 minutes until frothy.
Fill two glasses with ice and pour in the vanilla milk. Top with the prepared matcha to create a vibrant green layer.
Serve immediately.
