These Loacker wafers contain inulin, a water-soluble chicory fiber, which induces a lower increase in blood glucose than foods that contain sugars. Three classic light wafers filled with two layers of 100% Italian hazelnut cream. As part of the brand's Italian Hazelnuts Orchards project, the hazelnuts are grown on its estates in Italy.

The name Napolitaner comes from the fact that only nut varieties grown around Naples were originally used.
