Download PDFBeat 125g butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the honey, buttermilk, vanilla extract and rose water.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, corn flour, almond flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a smooth batter forms.
Heat a waffle maker and cook the batter according to the manufacturer’s instructions until golden.
For the butter letters, whip 250g butter with the sunflower oil and cinnamon until smooth and fluffy.
Spread the butter onto a lined tray to about 1cm thickness and freeze until firm.
Dip small cutters into hot water, then cut letter shapes from the frozen butter. Serve the waffles warm with butter, letters, maple syrup, blueberries and edible flowers.
