Preparation Guidelines

Fan oven: 9-11 minutes at 180°C, gas mark 4. Turn once. Air fryer: 3 minutes at 180°C. Frying pan: 8-10 minutes on a medium heat. Turn every now and then. Heating instructions are based on the defrosted product. Ensure the product is piping hot before consumption. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 5°C and use within 3 days.

Ingredients

Water, flour (maize, wheat), 15% vegetable protein (soya, wheat gluten, pea, soya protein isolate), sunflower oil, starch (potato, wheat), vinegar, spices, thickener methyl cellulose, salt, natural flavouring (wheat), wheat fibre, lemon juice, barley malt extract, gelling agent (potassium chloride), mineral (ferrous fumarate) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
